"Better Call Saul" music video teases upcoming "Breaking Bad" spinoff

Fictional attorney Saul Goodman is now the basis for a catchy commercial jingle.

The shady character from AMC's "Breaking Bad" is appearing in a new music video to promote the upcoming spinoff series, "Better Call Saul."

Country music singer Junior Brown lends his vocals to the accompanying ditty, which includes lyrics written by show creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, with music by Dave Porter and Adam Dornblum.

The new video includes Brown performing the song on a set designed to look like a cheesy TV lawyer ad, as actor Bob Odenkirk appears in character as Goodman on a nearby monitor.

The lyrics to the song describe various situations where people might find themselves in need of good legal representation.

"FBI finds kids trapped in your creepy van. You stay real cool and tell 'em your the ice cream man," Brown sings at one point. "But all that crying just gave you away, who you gonna call to skip a prison stay? Saul, Saul, you better call Saul."

While the actions described in the lyrics are certainly questionable, one might find it difficult to resist humming the song's melody by video's end.

"Better Call Saul" premieres Feb. 15, 2015 on AMC.
