Holder aims to ease prison overcrowding
The US Attorney General is pitching a plan to ease the overcrowding in prisons. Eric Holder is calling for major changes to the criminal justice system - that include scaling back sentences for some drug related crimes. Tara Mergener reports from Washington, D.C.
