Hawaii volcano eruption leads to explosions when waves crash into lava

Aerial footage from the U.S. Geological Survey shows explosions of steam, hot water and "molten splatter" when waves from the Pacific Ocean crash into molten lava on the coastline of Hawaii's Big Island. The Kilauea volcano has been erupting for weeks, destroying hundreds of homes and changing the island's landscape.
