Two seriously injured in Wheaton, Md. mall stabbing

WHEATON, Md. -- Two males were stabbed Tuesday afternoon at a suburban Washington, D.C. shopping mall, according to Montgomery County police.

The incident was reported at the Westfield Wheaton mall in Wheaton, Md. around 3:15 p.m.

Police say the injuries suffered were life-threatening.

It wasn’t immediately clear whether anyone was taken into custody. Police were not allowing anyone to enter or exit the mall.
