Which Democrats will be watching the second Republican debate
Hillary Clinton said on Monday that she will watch the primetime GOP debate, albeit on delay. The Staten Island fundraiser she will attend Wednesday is reportedly starting at 6:30pm.
She's also taping NBC's "Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon," which will air after the top-tier debate concludes.
Her campaign is going to be hosting over 100 "Women For Hillary" watch parties across the country, where supporters will be also be "discussing Hillary's record as a champion of women and girls," the campaign says.
Bernie Sanders is going to watch the primetime debate and live-tweet with the hashtag #DebateWithBernie. He did this during the last debate, too.
Martin O'Malley is working out his travel schedule and has not indicated how or where he'll take in the GOP melee.
His senior campaign staffers will be watching the two debates at Hawk 'n' Dove in Washington, D.C. with supporters. Before that, they'll have the Democratic debates in mind, attending the #AllowDebate protest outside the DNC's headquarters Wednesday afternoon. O'Malley wants more than the six debates sanctioned by the Democratic National Committee.
Jim Webb: "He hasn't indicated he will watch, [and he] didn't watch the first one," Communications Director Craig Crawford told CBS News in an email.
