Here’s a look at the week ahead on our “Sunday Morning Calendar:

       
Monday is arraignment day for Esteban Santiago, accused of fatally shooting five people and wounding six others at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Florida earlier this month. 

      
Tuesday’s the final day for open enrollment for health insurance coverage under the Affordable Care Act.

      
Wednesday marks the start of National African-American History Month, a celebration of the contributions made by Americans of African descent.


           
Thursday is Groundhog Day, the day Pennsylvania’s Punxsutawney Phil will prognosticate winter’s duration.

On Friday, more than 75 works of art from Sweden’s Nationalmuseum go on display at the Morgan Library in New York.

      
And Saturday sees the annual Directors Guild Awards ceremony in Los Angeles, which almost always predicts which film will win the Oscar for Best Director later in the month.
