Will Bret Michaels return to do "The Celebrity Apprentice" all-star season?
The cast hasn't officially been announced yet, but Michaels, a previous "Celebrity Apprentice" winner, is considering it.
His rep Jo Mignano revealed, "The only real consideration on the reality TV front at this moment is returning to do an All Star Celebrity Apprentice. Donald Trump has asked Bret to return to do battle for charity as Trump knows Michaels' struggle as a lifelong Type 1 Diabetic and his passion to win will make the competition fierce. As the winner of 'Celebrity Apprentice 3,' Bret has publicly stated that 'Apprentice' is one of the toughest and yet most rewarding things he has ever done both personally and professionally and looks forward to the future challenge, should he return."
Michaels recently told CBSNews.com that he was honored to be a part of the NBC show.
"It's such an amazing addition to my life and where it's gone," he said.
The 49-year-old rocker took home the title in 2012 and donated his earnings to the American Diabetes Association.
"I think that winning 'Apprentice' was such an amazing amazing feeling," Michaels said. "At the very end of ours, it came down to three people...Sharon Osbourne, myself and Holly Robinson Peete. And all three were fighting for three very personal causes. Holly's son with autism, Sharon fighting for colon cancer, which has affected her, and me with my diabetes...Passion supersedes everything. You can have as much arguing and fighting as you want but when people are actually fighting for a real cause close to their heart, then that makes it the best emotion to watch."
Michaels is currently on the "Rock of Ages" tour with his band, Poison. The bill also includes Def Leppard and Lita Ford.
