Body ID'd as missing pregnant woman Aubrey Andrews

ELK GROVE, Calif. -- The person found dead inside a car outside Sacramento has been identified as missing pregnant woman Aubrey Andrews, according to Sacramento Police.

Andrews, 20, was nine months pregnant when she vanished Dec. 6. The Sacramento County Coroner's Office listed the baby's death as the same time the mother's, reports CBS Sacramento.

She was reportedly distraught when she left her Sacramento home and drove off around 10 p.m., police say.

Andrews' Prius was found Monday evening in Elk Grove with a deceased person inside, now identified as Andrews. The coroner's office didn't release a cause of death, but police have previously said there were no obvious signs of foul play, reports the station.

Andrews' husband told CBS Sacramento on Sunday that he knew his wife was upset and leaving the house for a bit but said he didn't expect her to be gone for an extended period of time.

He said Andrews left with nothing but the clothes on her back -- even leaving behind her purse and wallet.
