David Letterman revealed Thursday the 2015 will be the last year he will host the "Late Show" on CBS.


The 66-year-old TV personality made the retirement announcement during the taping of his program at New York's Ed Sullivan Theater, saying, "I just want to reiterate my thanks for the support from the network, all of the people who have worked here, all of the people in the theater, all the people on the staff, everybody at home, thank you very much."

Letterman, who has hosted the hit late-night talk show since 1993, has had plenty of memorable interviews and moments over the years.
