Woman dies after being pulled from Lake Michigan at Navy Pier
A woman died after she was pulled out of Lake Michigan near Navy Pier on Saturday afternoon, police said.
A 27-year-old woman was pulled out of the water near Navy Pier around 5:30 p.m., and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said.
Police could not immediately provide details on how the woman ended up in the water.
Area 3 detectives were conducting a death investigation.
