Texas family sues after distracted truck driver hit and killed teen son
A Texas family has filed a lawsuit against Energy Transfer Partners, a company whose truck driver was allegedly watching a video on his phone when he hit and killed their son. Paramedics at the scene said the driver’s phone was playing pornography when it was recovered from the crash.
