Syria gov't claims it learned of chemical attack on TV
Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad tells CBS News' Elizabeth Palmer that "armed groups" were behind Damascus attack which killed hundreds, and said his government relied on Arab cable television to get information about it.
