Special Report: Obama announces executive actions on gun control
President Obama spoke from the White House on Tuesday to discuss executive actions he will take aimed at decreasing gun violence. The proposals include expanding background checks, keeping guns away from the mentally ill and increasing enforcement of existing gun laws.
