On Tuesday, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell told CBS News' Norah O'Donnell that, to the best of his knowledge, it was not until this week that anyone from his office had seen the elevator video of Ray Rice beating his future wife. On Wed. night, the AP reported a law enforcement official said he sent the video to the league offices back in April.
