Navy Yard shooting a "God-awful reminder" to stay vigilant, Biden says
In Savannah, Ga., to continue his push for the United States to invest in infrastructure, Vice President Joe Biden called the shooting inside the Washington Navy Yard earlier in the day that left at least 13 dead "almost unthinkable."
