Medicare chief says Obamacare signup is "small"
Marilyn Tavenner formally apologized for the government's rollout of the Obamacare website during testimony on Capitol Hill but placed the blame on tardy contractors. Tavenner acknowledged the number of people who have enrolled for health care on the website is expected to be "small" but refused to give exact figures. Nancy Cordes reports.
