Judge orders State Department to start releasing Clinton's emails

The State Department is working on a schedule to release the presidential candidate's private e-mails from her time as secretary of state. A judge rejected a plan to release them just before the 2016 primaries. Nancy Cordes reports from Cedar Falls, Iowa, where Clinton answered reporters' questions for the first time in nearly a month.
