Inmate freed in jury mistake now dead
Career criminal Bobby Pearson, who was freed from a Fresno, Calif., jail Wednesday after a hung jury mistakenly signed a not guilty verdict form, was killed a couple of hours later. Police say Pearson was stabbed and possibly shot to death by his sister's boyfriend. Lemor Abrams reports.
