Hurricane Matthew weakens, but still dangerous
Hurricane Matthew lost some of its punch but the massive storm is still wreaking havoc along the Atlantic Coast from northern Florida to North Carolina. President Obama has declared a state of emergency in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. More than two million people in those states have been under evacuation orders. Scott Pelley has more.
