Honduran first lady tours crowded detention facility
The majority of the unaccompanied minors at crowded border patrol detention centers across Texas are Honduran. This led Honduran First Lady Ana Garcia Hernandez to visit a border patrol facility in McAllen, Texas. Vicente Arenas reports.
