France, Germany seek talks over spy allegations
Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel and France's President Francois Hollande have accused American security services of monitoring their phones. Germany and France have asked for direct talks with the U.S. to resolve the dispute. CBS News correspondent Elizabeth Palmer reports.
