Florida "bra-shaking" police search under investigation
28-year-old Zoe Brugger was pulled over for a broken headlight in Lakeland, Fla by police who then asked her to pull up her shirt and flip her bra twice after saying she looked, "way too nervous." Lakeland police chief Lisa Womack says the department, "does not condone the alleged actions," and says the incident will be fully investigated.
