FIFA president Sepp Blatter barred from soccer for 8 years

One of the most powerful men in sports was banned from the game of soccer. Sepp Blatter, longtime president of soccer's world organization, FIFA, was found guilty of an ethics violation. So was the official who was once expected to replace him. They are both sidelined for eight years. Mark Phillips reports.
