DOJ: Friend plotted other attacks with San Bernardino shooter
Federal authorities believe Enrique Marquez, the longtime friend of San Bernardino shooter Syed Rizwan Farook, was also a would-be terrorist. Marquez bought the rifles used in the massacre and is now in a California jail facing a terror-related charge.
