Did U.S. pay $400 million "ransom" to Iran for prisoners?
The chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee says the Obama administration never discussed with Congress a reported $400 million cash payment to Iran. It happened in January, around the time four Americans detained in Tehran were released. Margaret Brennan reports on why one lawmaker is calling the payout "ransom."
