The State Department is defending Secretary of State Rex Tillerson after his own employees accused him of violating a law meant to stop the use of child soldiers. Tillerson left Afghanistan, Iraq and Burma off a list of countries using child soldiers, prompting State officials to take the unusual step of sending an unsigned dissent memo.
