A dangerous mixture of heroin and the powerful painkiller Fentanyl has caused nearly 100 deaths over the past year in Rhode Island, Maryland and Pennsylvania. One doctor said drug dealers are willing to lose a handful of customers to overdose deaths if it means attracting new customers. Vinita Nair reports.
