Cocaine submarines used in multi-billion dollar trafficking trade
Drug traffickers are using makeshift submarines to transport millions of dollars worth of cocaine to the U.S. Carter Evans spent time with the U.S. Coast Guard working to stop the flow of drugs off the coast of San Diego.
