"Christian patrols" hit the street in London in wake of France attacks
A controversial far-right nationalist group is getting some attention in the wake of the terror attacks in Europe. "Britain First" posted a video on its Facebook page this weekend in which group members are seen driving through east London in an armored SUV, apparently handing out anti-Islam flyers.
