California woman gives birth to 14-ounce baby
A baby weighing less than a pound and measuring 10 inches long is being called "a miracle." Declan Maize was born after his mother, Carrie, suffered an umbilical cord prolapse that required an emergency Caesarean section. KCAL-TV's Crystal Cruz reports.
