Brother of man killed by S.C. police officer speaks out
Relatives of Walter Scott, a black man shot and killed by a white police officer in North Charleston, South Carolina, spoke to reporters Tuesday night. His brother, Anthony Scott, addressed the importance of a video of the incident that was recorded by a witness.
