Michael McCarthy was found guilty of second-degree murder June 26, 2017 in the killing of his ex-girlfriend's two-year-old daughter, Bella Bond. The child was known only as "Baby Doe" for three months when her unidentified remains washed up on a Boston Harbor beach in 2015.
