Auto dealer suing competitor to try to stop sales of recalled cars
Used car dealers can sell vehicles with open safety recalls legally, even though many consumers may be unaware of the cars' dangers. A Toyota dealer saw one of our earlier reports about widespread sales and decided to take action into his own hands - suing another dealer. He says it's all part of his attempts to get sales of cars with dangerous recalls stopped. Anna Werner reports.
