When can you expect your tax refund?
Four weeks into tax season, the IRS is out with new data on this year’s tax filings. The average refund so far is $2,640. That's down more than $500 from this time last year. CBS News business analyst Jill Schlesinger joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss when you can expect your tax refund.
