(CBS) FOLSOM, Calif. - Two former state employees who were accused of flashing kids at a park in Davis, Calif., are facing federal child pornography charges, according to CBS Sacramento.

According to the station, police arrested 62-year-old Nicholas Bowen and 30-year-old Wenyi Xu, two months ago after  Xu allegedly wore a jacket and flashed her naked body to young boys while Bowen filmed it.

An investigation following the couple's arrest revealed they also swapped child pornography online and through their mobile phones, the station reports.

The suspects allegedly exchanged photos of young boys to satisfy Bowen's sexual appetite.

Xu has also been charged with using her own toddler to manufacture child pornography after photos and videos of the baby were found on the pair's phones, according to the station.
