Cops: Missing Va. couple are now burglary suspects

Roanoke, Va.--A Virginia couple reported missing Tuesday have been identified as burglary suspects, reports CBS affiliate WDBJ.

Police put out a missing persons alert after a car belonging to Tiffany and Joshua Bolt, both of Roanoke, was found abandoned in a person's driveway. At the time, it was believed they were in danger.

After the alert went out, City Police got a tip that the two were on a riding lawn mower going up Bennington Street in southeast Roanoke. Police say the lawn mower is connected to a Monday burglary.

When authorities arrived, Joshua Bolt, 37, ran.

Tiffany Bolt, 28, was taken into custody. The couple is linked to three burglaries in Roanoke County, according to WDBJ.

Tiffany Bolt is charged with counts including felony breaking and entering and grand larceny.

Police say Joshua Bolt has not yet been apprehended, and is "considered armed and dangerous."
