WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (CBS/AP) Jessica Click-Hill, who was abducted over 14 years ago at age 8, has been found, and her mother, now in jail, is the suspect in her abduction.

Click-Hill, now 22, went missing on Sept. 2, 1995. Her father, Dean Click believed she may have been taken by his wife, Wendy Hill. A warrant for Wendy Hill's arrest was issued in 1996, but she disappeared before police could find her.

Police found Jessica Click-Hill but her location has not been released.

Her mother Wendy Hill was arrested Thursday morning and put into County Jail in Martinez, Calif., north of Oakland.

Her bail is set at $250,000. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children contacted law enforcement eight months ago with a tip, saying the young woman may be in Monrovia, Los Angeles County.
