Now, as the criminal record of Jamiee Grubbs, the woman who claims she had a 31-month affair with Woods, has emerged, Crimesider has exclusively obtained photos of the 24-year-old Los Angeles cocktail waitress.

The images show a sexy, confident and happy Grubbs partying and seeming to enjoy the nightlife scene.
The images are in sharp contrast to a darker period on Grubbs' life. In 2004, she was arrested for shoplifting a coat at a Nordstrom store in San Diego, according to San Diego County Superior Court documents obtained by ET Online.

Grubbs pleaded guilty to misdemeanor grand theft, according to the court records, which said she also completed an eight hour anti-theft education course as part of her punishment.
Grubbs also ran into trouble with Capital One Bank, who filed court papers against her in 2007 and 2008 for over $1,000 after she defaulted on overdue credit card payments, according to court records obtained by ET Online.

Earlier this week, Grubbs claimed she had a long sexual affair with Woods and had voicemails and text messages to prove it. She is one of three alleged mistresses, including New York nightlife promoter Rachel Uchitel and Las Vegas promoter Kalika Moquin, who have been named by tabloids since Woods crashed his SUV outside his Florida home Nov. 27.

The circumstances of that crash have still not been fully explained, but the Florida Highway Patrol wrapped up their investigation Tuesday and hit Woods with a careless driving ticket that will set golf's highest paid golfer back a whopping $164.
Uchitel has thus far denied any relationship. She had planned a Thursday news conference to set the record straight but cancelled it. Moquin has refused to comment on the allegations.
For his part, Woods issued a statement to his Web site in which he apologized for "transgressions." It is unclear what those transgressions were "on" his web site.
Woods also said in the statement, "Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn't have to mean public confessions... I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves."
