(CBS/AP) DALLAS - A teen was arrested on multiple charges on early Sunday after he got into an altercation with a Dallas police officer and grabbed him by the testicles, CBSDFW reports.

Cory Weddington, 19, was thrown out of Havana Lounge for being underage and getting caught drinking, according to a police report.

He reportedly refused to leave until he got his credit card back, which he claimed was still in the club. Weddington left the location temporarily, but allegedly returned after 3 a.m. and tried to force his way back inside.

After failing to follow a police officer's instructions to leave, Weddington was arrested for public intoxication. He then allegedly became "combative" as the officer attempted to take him into custody. The officer and the teen ended up scuffling on the ground, when Weddington allegedly grabbed the officer by the testicles and began to squeeze and twist.

Weddington allegedly refused to let go, even after reported orders and being hit by the officer several times. After finally removing his grip, officers said the teen continued to fight while being handcuffed.

Weddington became unrestrained once he arrived at the Lew Sterrett Justice Center, but reportedly began fighting again with Dallas authorities and had to be re-handcuffed.

The teen and the unnamed police officer received minor injuries in the scuffles. Emergency medical services were not requested for either person.

Weddington was charged with resisting arrest and assault on a public servant. He was released later Sunday after posting a $6,000 bond.
