Sunday: After conventions, what's next for election 2016?

With the Democratic and Republican conventions now behind us, there are just over 100 days until the election. How will the race between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton play out as the finish line approaches? We'll discuss that and more this Sunday on Face the Nation.

We'll talk with Trump's campaign manager, Paul Manafort, about the show the Democrats put on in Philadelphia and how he thinks it compared to the GOP's own gathering in Cleveland. And whether he is worried the growing scrutiny of Trump's ties to Russia might hurt his candidate.

We'll also interview Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton's erstwhile primary rival who threw his weight behind her candidacy in Philadelphia and urged his supporters to do the same. Does he believe his supporters who still aren't backing Clinton will come around? And what will he do personally to help the Democrats win in November?

We'll talk with Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus about the GOP convention, the Democratic convention, and how Republicans will approach the remainder of the race. Was he surprised by anything he heard from the stage in Philadelphia? How would he advise Trump to parry the attacks he faced from the Democrats at their convention?

We'll also interview President Obama's former senior advisor, David Axelrod, now a CNN senior political commentator. As a longtime political consultant, does he believe the Democrats staged an effective convention? Did Clinton do anything to boost voter's trust in her? And what sorts of issues and narratives does he believe will help Democrats secure victory on Election Day?

Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, will join following reports of the first known cases of the Zika virus being transmitted by mosquitoes in the continental United States. How significant is the threat of an outbreak? And how prepared are we to contain it?

As always, we'll have an expert political panel on hand to help us break down the busy news week. This Sunday, we'll be joined by the Cook Political Report's Amy Walter, Bloomberg Politics' John Heilemann, The Washington Post's Dana Milbank, and National Review's Reihan Salam.

It's going to be an exciting broadcast, so make sure you tune in! Check your local listings for airtimes.
