NEW YORK - Movie mogul Harvey Weinstein has been accused of groping a woman, reports CBS New York.

According to the the station, the alleged incident took place last Friday night at the Tribeca Film Center on Greenwich Street. Weinstein's accuser is a 22-year-old woman, a source told the station.

The two did not know each other.

Weinstein, the co-founder of Miramax, was questioned and released by police.

The investigation continues.
