Prince Harry's 120-mile burger 'n' beer odyssey
(CBS) Prince Harry must have had a really bad craving for a burger and beer to travel 120 miles and two hours for a bite. Captain Harry Wales, as he is known in the in the British Army Air Corps, left his training area in Naval Air Facility at El Centro, Calif. with three friends and some bodyguards and traveled to Coronado Island in San Diego, Calif. to eat at McP's Irish Pub and Grill, according to People.com and the Daily Mail.

"He was very personable. He was a nice guy, very low-key," McP's Irish Pub and Grill bar manager Ted Taylor told People.com
The waitress that served Price Harry and his crew, 32-year-old Leah Bentley, echoed the same sentiment to the Daily Mail. "Harry and his friends were really nice," she told the British publication. "It took me a minute before I realized who he was. I bantered with him and tried to treat him like any other customer. He and his friends were very good-looking and were nice tippers."
People.com also reports that Prince Harry also stopped by the Andaz Hotel in San Diego, Calif. -- but with a much larger crew. "@AndazSD was graced w/ royalty last nite after a visit from Prince Harry! He enjoyed his 1st nite out at #IvyRooftop w/ 20 of his friends," they tweeted.
Prince Harry is in the U.S. for two months while he undergoes military training in a program called Exercise Crimson Eagle. He arrived on Oct. 7 at the Naval Air Facility at El Centro, Calif., where he will fly Apache helicopters in the desert. The program will wrap up in Gila Bend Auxiliary Air Force Base in Maricopa County, near Gila Bend, Ariz.
