Pink welcomes a baby girl
(CBS) Pink and husband Carey Hart are now parents to a baby girl.
The singer, 31, gave birth to daughter Willow Sage on Thursday, she announced on Twitter.
"We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart. She's gorgeous, just like her daddy," she tweeted.
On Wednesday, the singer sent a cryptic message to her Twitter followers referencing a time for new beginnings.
"New Moon in Gemini today :) a good time to start something new.... Also called the Honey Moon. #intoit," she wrote.
Pink confirmed the pregnancy on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" back in November.
"I didn't want to talk about it because I was just really nervous and I have had a miscarriage before, but if I was going to talk about it with anyone, it was going to be with you," she told DeGeneres at the time.
This is the first child for the couple.
