Ohio mother accused of duct-taping faces of two children, police say

AP

(CBS/AP) SANDUSKY, Ohio - An Ohio mother was charged with child endangerment after she texted a man a picture last week of his son's face covered with duct tape, police said.

Police said 31-year-old Tiffany Ennis wrapped duct tape around the eyes, forehead and mouth of her son and another child. She told officers that both thought it was funny.

The father of one of the children alerted police on Feb. 18 of what happened after a picture was sent to him showing his son's face covered with duct tape.

There was no telephone listing for Ennis, who lives in Sandusky, Ohio.
