Newest "Most Wanted" a Texas woman accused in dentist's death

DALLAS --The FBI has added analleged mastermind of a murder-for-hire killing of a Dallas dentist to its "Ten Most Wanted" list.

Authorities believe Brenda Delgado, 33, arranged for Kendra Hatcher to be murdered on Sept. 2, 2015, because the victim was dating Delgado's ex-boyfriend. Hatcher was getting out of her car in a parking garage that night when she was gunned down.

The man accused of shooting Hatcher, Kristopher Love, is in custody and faces federal charges. The woman accused of driving Love to the parking garage in the murder-for-hire plot, Crystal Cortes, is also in custody. But it is Delgado who is believed to have been plotted the killing, according to authorities.

According to an indictment obtained by CBS radio affiliate KRLD, Delgado allegedly promised Love drugs and money -- both from herself and a drug cartel -- to kill Hatcher, 35.

The station reported that police believe Delgado boarded a bus to Mexico shortly after it became clear she was a person of interest.

Delgado has a butterfly tattoo on her lower back, according to the FBI. She is listed at 5 foot 5 inches tall, 145 pounds.
