Finkelstein is now facing a new prostitution charge on top of the earlier pending charges.

Police testified at a preliminary hearing Wednesday that Finkelstein sent nude topless photos to them after posting an online Craigslist ad.

And if that wasn't enough, police also said the 43-year-old made graphic gestures and suggestions when she later met with an undercover Bensalem officer at a bar.

Finkelstein insists she was merely being creative in her attempt to take her husband to a game between the Philadelphia Phillies and New York Yankees.

The self-described "buxom blonde" had already faced a charge of promoting prostitution. She was also recently fired from her job.

Defense lawyer William Brennan calls it a "he-said, she-said scenario."

To add insult to injury, the Philadelphia Phillies lost the World Series to the New York Yankees.
