A 51-page document explaining how to recruit for militant groups has been posted on al-Ekhlaas website today. The manual, which was compiled and prepared by someone using the name Abu Amr al Qaedi, describes the ideal profile of would-be jihadists, specifying categories of most vulnerable people. It also indicates which people to avoid. It also includes details about how to determine the readiness of the potential recruit, how to assess them and what stages to put them through in order the guarantee their adherence to the jihadi ideology. The document includes tables and forms designed to help with the evaluation process.
