New Charlie Hebdo issue available in English via app
If you weren't able to get your hands on one of the three hundred copies of the last issue of Charlie Hebdo that made it to the United States, your bids for the magazines on eBay didn't come out on top, and you don't read French, this is the app you've been waiting for.
The French satirical magazine launched a free app for iOS, Android and Windows that lets users buy the most recent (Jan. 14) issue for $3.47, or purchase a one-year subscription for 90 Euro (about $104), charged to their app store accounts.
The app description asks readers to make a purchase in support of Charlie Hebdo, and in a show of gratitude to people who have rallied behind the magazine from afar, the latest issue is translated into English.
