(CBS) - Nude photos of MTV "Teen Mom" Amber Portwood have surfaced on the web and the reality star is not happy about it.

The photos revealed on show the young mother in a variety of poses - all sans clothing.

"Amber fancies herself an old-fashioned pin-up girl," a source told "She just wanted to pose!"

But Amber, according to the Daily Mail, said in a statement that the pictures were "stolen" by "someone I trusted."

"It makes me sad that anyone would do this, and I'm horrified that something so private is being shared publicly."

The pugnacious Portwood made headlines a few months ago when she was arrested for domestic assault against her daughter's father.

Mitch Carroll, a spokesman for Indiana's Anderson Police Dept., told E! News that the charges were filed after authorities probed allegations that Portwood had beaten Gary Shirley, 24, in front of their 2-year-old daughter Leah - an altercation that aired on her MTV show.

Despite the video evidence, Portwood maintains her innocence and claims that the events described in police documents never occurred in front of her daughter.

According to E! News, Portwood is facing up to three years in jail and a $10,000 fine if convicted.
