Morgan Freeman narrates new ad for Hillary Clinton
Actor Morgan Freeman has recorded a new ad for Hillary Clinton in which he argues the Democratic candidate has spent her entire life breaking down barriers.
"Her church taught her how to do all the good you can, for all the people you can, for as long as you can," Freeman says at the beginning of the 60-second ad that features old photos and footage of Clinton in black and white.

Instead of joining a high-priced law firm after graduating from law school, Freeman says Clinton worked to expose racism in Alabama schools, reform the juvenile justice system in South Carolina, registered Latino voters in Texas and provided legal aid to families in Arkansas.
"Her life's work has been about breaking barriers and so would her presidency," Freeman says. "Which is why for every American who's not being paid what they're worth, who's held back by student debt, or a system tilted against them -- and there are far too many of you -- she understands that our country can't reach its potential unless we all do," he adds.
The ad will air this weekend across South Carolina, according to the campaign. A 30-second version will also air nationwide on cable.
Freeman's ad comes as Clinton and her rival Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vermont, fight for the support of minority voters--Hispanic voters who will participate in Nevada's Democratic caucus on Saturday and black voters who are preparing to vote in South Carolina's Democratic primary on Feb. 27.
Influential South Carolina Democrat Rep. Jim Clyburn is expected to endorse Clinton on Friday morning, CBS News confirmed.
